Bookish updates in the last 2 weeks
Hey, Wormies! How have the last two weeks been treating you? There are a few life changes going on right now and honestly, I couldn’t be happier. I won’t say much about it, though!
Anyway, October hasn’t been an awesome reading month so far since I keep falling asleep at around 10 PM! So, there hasn’t been a lot of reading going on. On the other hand, I discovered a new favorite author – Grace Draven! OMG! Phoenix Unbound was amazing! My review will be up soon!
I’ve also started to slow down with reading and noticed that I have a lot of ARCs that need to be read like ASAP, so I will probably not be requesting any ARCs soon! Hopefully, I can catch up!
I also didn’t plan to be in costume for Halloween, but my work is doing a contest and we are going as a group! I’m super excited to make my costume! YAY! I can’t wait to show you what it is!
You guys, the heroine in The Governess Game is half-Filipina! Although the cover doesn’t show it!! Baaah.. but she is supposed to me mestiza, with her mother being half-Spanish and half-Filipino… but still, the cover doesn’t show it. Anyway, I am loving it so far!
