Bookish updates in the last 2 weeks
Happy Sunday, Wormies! How has your week been? I’ve been over the moon because I met my Goodreads reading goal of 130 books last week! Amazing, isn’t it? Well, I won’t exactly call it that because I am now in a sort of reading slump (or about to start a slump). So this last week has all been about rereading my favorite books!
I’m also excited because on Sunday, I am going with Crystal @ Crystal Blogs Books to the 2018 CHOC Walk in the Park at the Disneyland Resort on August 26th to raise funds for CHOC Children’s Hospital! This is the first time I’m going and I’m really excited to join and walk for a cause. If you want to donate, click on the image below. No amount is too little for this cause!
Pierre is also coming home next week so he will come with us and walk, as well. And uhmm he also gave me a present for no reason at all. I received a little package last Thursday! I have to say that he bought charms in his initials – PT, and not mine! Oh, and he only gave me 3 additional charms, the bracelet and other charms are mine, but he has been purchasing charms for me since last year.
It’s also #RomanceAwarenessMonth and I’ve been joining the challenge hosted by St. Martin’s Press this month and it’s been fun! Two of the challenges were 1) Romance Shelfie and 2) reading spot. So here is the breakdown of my romance shelfie and reading spot!
