Make Me Read It Readathon

Posted June 12, 2016 by Zeee in Events, Reading Challenges | 40 Comments

I’m sick with the common cold.  OH God!  This is the THIRD time this year!  OH PLEASE!  I think the stress is getting to me!  Plus I have a very busy week next week, so that isn’t helping me.

Anyway, since I’ve been pretty down in the dumps the last 2 days, I decided to join the Make Me Read It Readathon hosted by Ely @ Tea and Titles and Val @ The Innocent Smiley.  This is all because of my friend Annika @ Hiding Books‘ fault.  Blame her for this and not my being sick!

This readathon will be from July 9 – 16.  SO THERE IS TIME TO VOTE!

SOOO YES! This is the time where YOU get to decide what this mood reader will read NEXT!  I promise you that I can only read ONE or TWO books because I am a really slow reader but I will give you 5 books to choose from!  The goal is to read as many books as I can during the readathon based on YOUR VOTES!  SO STEP RIGHT UP AND HELP ME DECIDE!

By the way, you can pick as many books as you want.

  1. I kind of wanted to vote for all of them! hahaha
I haven’t read any of these yet but I want them alllll. The Shadow Queen is on my list too, so maybe we’ll both get to read that one :p And I’ve heard great things about Ruined so I really want you to read that one!
Maybe we should do like a voting thing every month? This is so fun!

  2. I haven’t read any of these, so I wasn’t sure which to vote for, but went with Six of Crows because I’ve heard a lot of good stuff about Bardugo’s books. Enjoy the readathon! My sign-up post goes up tomorrow (6/15.)

  3. AHHH GOOD LUCK FOR THESE!! I voted Ruined which is losing *cries* BUT IT IS SO SO GOOD I SWEAR. It has like the most sassiest of sassy banter and lots of stabby stabbing and magic and cheese bread. <3 I'M IN LOVE. Ahem. But Six of Crows is also afjdsaklfdjls excellent. And I'm going to read Shadow Queen soon so SQUEEE I hope it's excellent. Good luck with your readathon! 😀

Thanks for stopping by @ Paper Fury!

I haven’t actually read any of these books, but I had to pick The Shadow Queen and The Love That Split the World because they both look super good and I can’t wait to read them myself!
I’m participating as well; if you’d like to vote on my books, the link is my recently posted. 🙂
